A 250 Kg "disaster area"
loosely based on the 1970's "Sensurround" low frequency
effects speakers for cinema-screenings of the film "Earthquake" but using a
pair of modern 18 inch JBL transducers feeding the horn throat via a
manifold.
This thing cranks serious bass to 25 Hz at around 120 dB
